​How the Evening Flows

​Arrival and food (30 min). Come in, grab a plate and a drink, settle in.

​Introductions (45 min). Everyone gets a few minutes to share what you do, where you come from, and where you're trying to go. Think of it less as a pitch and more as an overview of your journey.

​Open conversation (60 min). We talk through positioning, swap perspectives on each other's paths, and dig into the questions people are actually sitting with. Career moves, side projects, transitions, decisions that feel bigger than what fits in a coffee chat.

​Wind down.

​The best version of the evening is honest, curious, and warm.
