Mentor Drop-in Session w/ Chaitali Senmajumder

​Hello All,

​This is Chaitali Senmajumder.

​By title, I am VP Mortgage Specialist at Bank of Montreal, working here for the last 20+ years. I am also a certified life coach focused on empowerment and leadership development, an author, and a speaker.

​I am a mentor with Re-define and a few other non-profit organizations, where I talk about my experience gathered on my path to success as a job seeker and also as a hiring manager. I also share some actionable tips through my LinkedIn newsletter, ‘Success 360’.

​This Saturday, I will host a session on Success Principles.

​In this session, I will talk about:

• ​Few principles that can help you become successful, if applied consistently.

• ​Your choice of words how it can help or hurt you in your career.

• ​How to influence someone to get them to say ‘Yes’ to you.

​Whether you are a student or jobseeker, whether you are a newcomer or many years in Canada, in an entry-level role or an aspiring leader, this session will help you rise from where you are to where you want to be.
