She will cover everything from why keywords are essential to why you need a new resume for every job you apply to. As a recruiter, she sees countless applications on a daily basis and is prepped to give you the run down on what you can do take make her life easier (aka getting noticed)!

​ABOUT KAT

​Kat is a Los Angeles based actor turned recruiter with a passion for putting candidates first. She fell in love with recruiting when she was transitioning out of the performance world and into the corporate world because she saw firsthand how difficult it was to get a job and just how helpful working with a recruiter can be. 

​She has 5 years of recruiting experience in the SaaS, Tech, and Climate industries. She has also worked with startups to help develop recruiting processes that prioritize the candidate experience. 

​Most recently, she launched Jellicorse Talent Solutions which focuses on hiring for clients in SaaS, Tech, and Climate. She also offers career coaching for job seekers including resume help, cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, and networking best practices - all from a working recruiter’s perspective!

Kat understands what it’s like to be in the midst of a career transition and she loves working with job seekers who are passionate about what lies ahead. Her one-on-one coaching sessions hone in on your specific needs and goals. 

​Her candidates often become her friends and she loves to cheer them on in their career journey! When she is not recruiting or coaching, she enjoys pursuing creative endeavors like songwriting and singing karaoke.
