The Holiday Pivot: What Retailers Can Still Change Before the Biggest Weeks of the Year

The holiday season is approaching its most critical stretch. But how much can retailers still change once the season is underway?

Join Retail Women in Tech (RWIT), the Accessories Council, and Retail Strategy Group for an intimate evening of cocktails, conversation, and connection with senior leaders from across retail, fashion, accessories, technology, and commerce.

We'll bring together a curated group of 50 industry professionals for a candid executive discussion exploring the signals retailers should be watching in real time - and where they still have room to act.

From inventory, merchandising, pricing, and promotions to customer experience, fulfillment, digital commerce, and store operations, we'll explore how retail leaders are navigating immediate holiday pressures while balancing longer-term brand performance and customer relationships.

Meet Our Panel

  • Moderator: Kimberly Morgan - CEO & Founder, The Fashion Tech Exec; Co-Founder & COO, Fitsu

  • Liza Amlani - Principal & Co-Founder, The Chief Merchant

  • Caroline Dohr - VP, Design & Merchandising, RW&CO

  • Melissa Lefer-Cobb - SVP, Division Head, Hervé Léger

  • David Katz - EVP & CMO, Randall Apparel & Accessories

An Evening Designed for Connection

With attendance capped at 50 guests, we're creating space for meaningful conversations, new relationships, and shared perspectives among leaders shaping the future of retail.

Expect a lively 30-minute panel, audience Q&A, and plenty of time to connect over wine and light bites.

Give & Get Back

This evening is about more than industry conversation.

Your $25 ticket supports two nonprofit organizations: Retail Women in Tech and the Accessories Council, with proceeds split between both organizations to advance their respective missions and communities.
