June Housing Working Group

​Our June meeting will feature Ilya Somin, Professor of Law at George Mason University and B. Kenneth Simon Chair in Constitutional Studies at the Cato Institute. He will present on the constitutionality of zoning, examining the legal foundations of land use regulation and the implications for housing policy and property rights.

Following the presentation, participants will be invited to share updates from their own states and discuss current housing policy developments.
