About the speakers
Liz Fosslien
Liz is the author and illustrator of the national best-seller Big Feelings and the Wall Street Journal best-seller No Hard Feelings (which have both been translated into 15+ languages) and the head of content and communications at Humu. As an expert on emotions at work, Liz regularly trains leaders at the Fortune 500 on how to develop high-performing, inclusive teams. Her work has been featured by Good Morning America, The Economist, TED, The New York Times, NPR, Harvard Business Review, and The Financial Times.
Kiran Mascarenhas
Kiran is a Content Design Manager at Pinterest. Previously, she worked on Amazon's Alexa, and helped develop Facebook's Assistant and ship it across Augmented and Virtual reality surfaces including Oculus devices and Ray Ban Stories smart glasses. Before tech, Kiran worked at The New York Times, and taught at Baruch College, Seattle Pacific University, and in the Washington prison system.
