December usually ends the same way.
A sprint to close the year, a few days off, and then January arrives before you have looked back at what actually happened.
The wins go uncelebrated. The lessons stay unlearned. The same patterns walk straight into the new year with you.
This year, we close it properly. Together.
What to Expect
The Business & Life Review
Facilitated by executive coach Sven Mulfinger, we go through every part of your life, one at a time: your business, health, relationships and personal life. What 2026 gave you, what it cost you, and what you are taking with you.
You get time to think on your own, then you apply it, get challenged and share in a small group that rotates.
You leave with your year reviewed, your intentions for 2027 set and the first moves of January on a printed sheet you get to keep.
The End of Year Party
When the review closes, we head upstairs for the end of year party: a DJ and the whole community, one last time in 2026. It runs 8pm - 11pm, and you can invite whoever you like.
Only coming for the party? There's a ticket for that. Try to be there by 8pm.
The Facilitator: Sven Mulfinger
Sven is a multilingual executive coach, serial entrepreneur and facilitator of high-performing leadership teams. A Vistage Chair and founder of Neurodisruptors, he works with CEOs and founders internationally and brings 20+ years of scaling ventures across Europe.

~7:30pm We head upstairs for a welcome drink and pica pica, on us, with the DJ already playing
8pm - 11pm The end of year party. Coming for the party only? Aim for 8pm

Free for Karisma members. Guests register with the Guests version of either ticket and tell us who invited them. Every spot is confirmed by us, so a guest isn't guaranteed a place

A Business & Life Review at the end of every quarter. We zoom out across every part of life, look back at the quarter and plan the next one
It always happens on the second Thursday of the month.
