Let’s apply queer theory to the way we think about our careers! In this live 90 minute workshop, you’ll see that your career is not just a job with a predefined path. It can be something fluid, flexible, and as expansive as you are!
If the traditional path has never felt quite right to you, this is your excuse to explore what else is possible.
Together we’ll:
Question the norms that come attached to the job labels you’ve been given, and decide which ones to let go
See how much bigger and more vibrant your career can be than just one thing
Spot where you’ve been following the norm, and where you’ve already broken the pattern
Choose one move that feels most exciting to start altering your career this week
A little yapping from me and a lot of hands-on working for you! Queer people and allies are all welcome.

A new way of seeing your career as something fluid, flexible, and constructed on purpose
A list of the career norms you’re letting go of (and how)
A map of your whole career, which is so much bigger than your job

Cameras are optional and sharing is always optional!
