What Rises: A Dinner on Housing, Legacy & the Southeast

​Perlant is the word for the effervescence in wine, the part that rises.

​On Monday, November 9, we're hosting a small dinner at The Perlant, a members-only wine club in Buckhead. We're gathering foundation leaders, family offices, builders, and athletes who care about where they come from.

​The evening centers on homes that people across the Southeast can afford to live in. Over a few courses, with pours chosen by The Perlant's wine director, Dominium will share the story of one Georgia community and its neighbors. From there, the conversation turns to how investment capital from foundations, families, and individual givers helps housing get built, and what it looks like to be part of what comes next.
