Mystic Medicine ๐ถ
โA Kabbalistic Journey Through Breath & Sound
โJoin us for an intimate evening of sound healing, guided breathwork, and embodied Jewish mysticism.
โThis will be a creatively peaceful evening, designed to drop you into a relaxed state where you can quiet the mind and open the heart.
โWhat to Expect:
โ๐ฉต Opening: Calm landing and "flight instructions" for the group to meet, get into our bodies, and prepare for take-off
โ๐ฌ Ruach: A guided Kabbalistic breath session that incorporates mystical Jewish wisdom with contemplations on oneness and Divinity
โ๐ Soundbath: An immersive musical journey to inspire a full-body "ahhh..."
โ๐ฟ Integration: Ample time to gently return, sip tea, and ground with fellow travelers before stepping back out into the world
โIf you are sitting with big questions around life, place, purpose, love, or simply seeking clarity, this experience will offer an opportunity to receive some good inner guidance.
โIf you are Kabbalistic-ally curious, this evening will offer a warm introduction to some embodiment-focused Kabbalistic practices and perspectives.
โWhile there will be Jewish themes woven into the practices, you do not need to be Jewish or religious in any way to connect with the mystical wisdom offered.
