London Rank-and-File Group meeting
Join us for our monthly meeting and collective dinner. We support each other to organise in our workplaces to build power and win changes right now, finding ways to act independently of union bureaucracy when needed, and develop imaginative organising strategy.
The London Rank and File Group is a new collective focused on mass organising in our workplaces and communities. We take part in workplace struggles to enhance our class’s capability to make change from below.
We are motivated by the urgent need to rebuild working class organisation and develop a new generation of communist organisers and militants. Together we’re shaping a communist political practice fit for the present.
Our meetings and events involve:
mutual support and learning together
inquiry and experimentation — developing a deeper understanding of our work
joint projects organising new workplaces.
