About Event
Join us for a midweek workout at Retiro Park.
A chance to challenge yourself, improve your running, and train alongside an incredible community.
This session will feature structured interval training with different pace groups, making it accessible for runners of all levels. Whether you're chasing a new PB or simply looking to become a stronger runner, there's a group for you.
🏃♂️ Workout: 400m intervals
⚡ Pace groups:
• 3:50–4:00/km
• 4:30–4:40/km
• 5:00–5:10/km
• 5:30–5:40/km
• 6:00–6:10/km
🗓️ Wednesday @ 8:00 PM
