What is a conversation salon? Imagine a warm get-together of close friends in the comfort of your home, centered around meaningful conversations and connections. These salons are inspired by the 18th-century Parisian tradition, now infused with a modern touch and a shared commitment to exploring the keys to happiness. 💬

Everyone must arrive on time and stay for the duration of the event. Doors close at 7:15 pm. We are creating a safe space for open dialogue and need everyone to be here for the full duration of the event
Preparing for our conversations:
Spend 15 mins prior to our gathering meditating on the following. Think of this as a marinade ahead of our conversations. 💭
What activities or moments consistently bring you joy and fulfillment in your daily life?
Reflecting on past experiences, can you identify a time when you felt genuinely content and fulfilled? What factors contributed to that happiness?
When was a time that you were truly unhappy? What did you change or shift in your life to get yourself to a better place?
What would need to change in your life for you to reach your happiest self?
