This is a follow-along session. I build a simple follow-up system on screen while you build your own at the same pace. By the end, you will have chosen one home for every contact and follow-up, set up simple pipeline stages so nothing slips through, and written your first follow-up message.

Sj Pickholtz is an AI and digital strategy consultant and the founder of Platinum Impact LLC in Wheeling, Illinois. She helps single-owner businesses make sure nothing falls through the cracks, including leads, follow-up, and billing, the everyday work that quietly costs money when it slips. Before she builds anything, she looks at how the owner runs the business as a whole, so the fix lasts instead of covering one symptom.

Her background is in digital project management, web content work, and designing and building websites, and she holds an English Writing degree. She has worked with clients of all sizes, but her passion is solopreneurs and single-owner businesses, because those are her people. Sj teaches by demonstration. She builds each system on screen one clear step at a time, and participants follow along at their own pace and finish with a working tool of their own, whether that is a contact and follow-up tracker or a documented process they can hand to AI.
