storgi.studio welcomes you to October's Mat Pilates event!
What to expect:
A 75mins Contemporary, Playful and Releasing movement experience:
-a beginners friendly slow movement practice that allows you to explore your mobility, your flow and body awareness.
-small group to maintain the intimate vibe! (5-8 people)
-full guidance through the practice.(visual-tactile-verbal)
-self reflection moment and body observation.
-post practice snacks are included.
-everyone gets a little treat curated by storgi.studio.
What to bring:
-Your good and playful energy.
-A pair of clean socks (grip socks are optional).
-A towel if you are a sweaty betty!
-An athletic outfit that motivates you to move freely!
Important Notes about:
the studio:
Mats are provided. There is a changing room and a toilet. No showers. No shoes policy in the studio space.
the charges:
Your spot is secured once the payment has been completed! - Early Mover: 24,5€ (ends 7.10) — Second thought mover: 27,5€ (ends 14.10)— Last min mover: 30€ (ends 17.10)
The above tickets mentioned incl. VAT 21% and admin fees 5%.
the cancellation policy:
Cancellation of your participation must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (within 48hrs prior to event) will be fully charged. No refund policy.
No shows = No refund policy. No voucher eligibility.
Cancellation within 48hrs may receive 20% refund OR voucher -20% for the next event.
Cancellation within 72hrs may receive 100% refund.
Event Cancellation from Instructor/Host (in whole or in part): will be communicated at least 24hrs prior to the event and charges will be returned to participants.
In case of a cancellation after the start of the event (by the instructor) the refund policy is subject to the circumstances the cancellation had to take place in.

By signing up and completing the payment for this event you agree on the below : The Participant confirms that take part voluntarily and are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in the activities. Participants should not take part if they have injuries or medical conditions, that may be unsafe for them, without appropriate medical advice. The Instructor is not a medical professional and services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
