​Join us for the first Room for Growth

​I’m excited to host our first Room for Growth lunch session with Tiffani Jones Brown (COO, executive editorial director, and founding member of West Co.), focused on helping you make sense of your work and communicate its impact more clearly.

​This is for anyone who's in the work - those making decisions, solving problems, growing into leadership, or trying to communicate why what they do is valuable.

​We will look at how your day to day work connects, where it is heading, and why it can be hard to articulate the value of what you do. Many people are doing meaningful work but lack clear language to describe it with confidence and intention.

​Tiffani will share a practical framework and guide a reflection exercise to help you clarify your work story. You will leave with language and structure you can reuse in meetings, performance conversations, and as you think about what is next.

​Over lunch, you will meet others navigating similar growth moments and leave with a framework you can reuse right away. The session will begin shortly after noon, so please arrive on time. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as there is a waitlist.

​Meet Tiffani

​Tiffani Jones Brown is a COO, executive editorial director and founding member of West Co.

For the past 15 years, she's helped founders and startups define what matters most—and translate this in how they operate, write and design. 

She has built and led creative teams at every company stage, from 0-1 to Fortune 500. 

She has a Master's Degree in Divinity from the University of Chicago and is a mindful self-compassion meditation teacher. She's currently working on an upcoming podcast about spiritual experience, called Divinity School.
