​Start your day with a relaxing yoga session led by Bindu Yoga, helping you slow down, recharge and begin your weekend with positive energy.

  • ​📝 Before the Event: One day before the event, you'll receive a short form by email. Please complete it before attending the yoga session.

  • ​🧘 Please Be On Time: To avoid disrupting the class, we can't admit late arrivals once the session has started.

  • ​🌦️ Rain Policy: If it rains, we'll unfortunately need to cancel the yoga session. We'll keep everyone updated.

​After yoga, the space transforms into a vibrant Coffee Party where people come together to enjoy great coffee, music and genuine conversations.
