​Step into a slower, restorative experience designed to help you unwind, recharge, and find your balance. This session is for women only, creating a safe and supportive space. The sauna is set at a gentle ~60°C, offering comforting warmth that invites calm and presence. Soft lighting, mindful breath-led movements, and a serene atmosphere guide you to release tension and open space for relaxation.

​ enjoy the full experience designed for your comfort and enjoyment — including towel service (1 towel), snacks, and refreshments.Â
​Female-only session: This session is for women only, creating a safe and supportive space.
​Arrive early: Be here 20 minutes before the session starts to change, settle in and prepare your mind and body.
​Check-in closes: We will close check-in 5 minutes before the class starts. If you arrive after this, you won’t be able to join — this helps keep the session calm and uninterrupted.
​Slippers are mandatory: Please wear slippers at all times when moving between areas for your safety and comfort.
