Local Hub Cluj: Debrief Practice Lab - Turn Reflection into Action

​Debrief Practice Lab: Turn Reflection into Action is a hands-on space where we explore what makes a debrief effective by building and testing it together.

​We start with a shared activity, then work in small groups to design possible debriefs for that experience. After testing them, we run a “debrief of the debrief”: what questions worked, what insights emerged, and what helped move the conversation from reflection to action.

​The idea is to experiment with how we move from “we did an activity” to “we discovered something we can apply.”

​Session schedule:

​18:00-19:40 - Practical activity, debriefing, discussion on debriefing

​19:40 - 20:00 - Unstructured connection time

​About the facilitator:
