Pour Halloween, Bruxelles sans tel prend possession du Boobs Bar pour une nuit complètement offline. Ton téléphone entre dans notre Phone Hotel à 20h00. Tu le récupères à minuit.
Quatre heures sans notifications, sans DMs, sans stories, sans vérifier qui est là et surtout... sans pouvoir te cacher derrière ton écran. Juste toi, un cocktail, une bande d’inconnu·es déguisé·es et aucune idée de ce qui va se passer ensuite.

De délicieux cocktails, quelques surprises bien flippantes au menu et juste ce qu’il faut de courage liquide pour aller parler à la personne à côté de toi.DJ — 22H00 → TARD
À 22h, les conversations deviennent facultatives.
Le DJ prend le relais et on danse jusqu’à 2h... Ou plus tard, si la nuit dérape.
Et... TROUVE TON MYSTERY STRANGER. À ton arrivée, on te donnera secrètement le nom d’une autre personne présente à la soirée.
Ta mission : la retrouver.
Pas de matching algorithmique. Pas de calculs compliqués. Tu retrouves ton Mystery Stranger → vous gagnez tous les deux un shot.
Parce qu’Halloween est peut-être le meilleur moment de l’année pour rencontrer quelqu’un que tu n’aurais jamais abordé autrement.
Et puis il y a la vraie horreur… Tu ne peux pas te cacher derrière ton téléphone.
Non-joignable comme résistance
Nous vivons dans un monde qui ne nous laisse presque jamais tranquilles. Tout s’accélère. Nous sommes constamment sollicités, connectés, disponibles. Jusqu’à ne plus savoir ce que signifie simplement être là. Et dans cette accélération, quelque chose se perd : le temps nécessaire pour regarder, écouter, penser et être vraiment disponible pour les autres.
Nous créons des moments où l’on ralentit volontairement. Des espaces pour expérimenter d’autres rapports au temps, aux technologies, aux autres et à soi-même, à travers le silence, l’art, la communauté et de nouveaux rituels. C'est notre réponse face aux temps bizarres que nous vivons.
Quelques heures pour sortir du flux. Pour reprendre ce qui nous appartient : notre attention, notre temps, notre présence. Être là. Ensemble. Et laisser, pour un instant, le monde attendre.
PS : Ton smartphone passera un moment dans notre Phone Hotel, et on jouera les gardes du corps.
Si tu n’es pas encore tout à fait prêt·e à t’en séparer, pas de souci : tu peux simplement l’éteindre et le ranger bien profondément, hors de vue.

Halloween is the one night of the year you can walk into a room full of strangers dressed as a vampire, a sexy nun, a serial killer or literally anything else, and nobody finds it weird.
So why not talk to them?
For Halloween, Bruxelles sans tel is taking over Boobs Bar for one fully offline night. Your phone checks into our Phone Hotel at 8:00 PM. You get it back at midnight.
Four hours without notifications, without DMs, without stories, without checking who's around and, most importantly, without anywhere to hide behind a screen. Just you, a cocktail, a crowd of costumed strangers, and no idea what happens next.

Your phone sleeps. You, not so much.
What happens offline stays offline.COCKTAILS AT BOOBS BAR
Delicious cocktails, a few properly creepy surprises on the menu, and just enough liquid courage to go talk to the person next to you.DJ — 10:00 PM → LATE
At 10 PM, conversation becomes optional.
The DJ takes over and we dance until 2AM... or later, if the night gets out of hand.
And lastly, ... Find your mystery stranger! When you arrive, we'll secretly give you the name of another person at the party. Your mission: find them. No algorithm. No complicated matching. You find your Mystery Stranger → you both win a shot. Because Halloween might just be the best night of the year to meet someone you'd never have approached otherwise.
And then there's the real horror… You can't hide behind your phone. What happens offline, stays offline.
Being unreachable as resistance
We live in a world that almost never leaves us alone. Everything is speeding up. We are constantly being asked to respond, to be connected, available. We almost forget what it means to simply be somewhere. And in this social acceleration, something gets lost: the time it takes to look, listen, think and truly be available to others.
At Bruxelles sans tel, we believe that silence and boredom are not empty spaces waiting to be filled. They are spaces where something can emerge: an idea, a conversation, a new encounter, a little creativity, empathy or solidarity.
We create moments where we deliberately slow down. Spaces to explore different ways of relating to time, technology, others and ourselves: through silence, art, community and new rituals. It is our response to these strange times we’re living through.

Halloween is de enige avond van het jaar waarop je een kamer vol onbekenden kunt binnenlopen, verkleed als vampier, sexy non, seriemoordenaar of gewoon compleet absurd, zonder dat iemand dat raar vindt.
Dus waarom niet gewoon met ze praten?
Voor Halloween neemt Bruxelles sans tel de Boobs Bar over voor een volledig offline en creepy avond. Je telefoon checkt om 20u00 in bij ons telefoonhotel. Je krijgt hem om middernacht terug.
Vier uur zonder meldingen, zonder DM's, zonder stories, zonder te checken wie er is en vooral... zonder je te kunnen verstoppen achter je scherm. Alleen jij, een cocktail, een bende verklede onbekenden en geen flauw idee wat er gaat gebeuren.

Om 22u wordt praten optioneel. De DJ neemt het over en we dansen tot 2u... of later, als de avond uit de hand loopt. ;-)
En last but not least... Vind je mystery stranger! Bij aankomst geven we je stiekem de naam van iemand anders op het feest. Jouw missie: die persoon vinden.
Geen matching-algoritme. Geen ingewikkelde berekeningen. Je vindt je Mystery Stranger → jullie winnen allebei een shot. Want Halloween is misschien wel het beste moment van het jaar om iemand te ontmoeten die je anders nooit had aangesproken.
