Start your Labor Day weekend elevated at Rhythm & Flow, an uplifting movement experience at our Infinity Pool designed to energize and celebrate the final stretch of the summer season.
Move through a 45-minute Mat Pilates class, guided by the uplifting beats of a DJ Kim. Then, transition into the pool for 45 min of Aqua fitness featuring energizing cardio and low impact strength. Post class, enjoy healthy beverages and stay for the day with us.
