Sound Healing & Breathwork: Samer Ghadry

​Join musician and sound healing practitioner Samer Ghadry at the newly opened Good Company dispensary in Manhattan’s UWS for a rejuvenating dynamic evening of assisted light breathwork and deep-dive sound journey designed to deepen your relationship with mind, body and sound.

​Breathwork allows one to enter a more embodied and restorative state, sometimes helping to surface buried or hidden energies that we need to emerge and be honored. All of this can then be more fully processed, settled, or integrated in a lovingly curated meditation and acoustic sound healing journey. During this 2.5 hour event, we will learn about how to engage in mildly assisted healing arts, share thoughts, and answer questions before embarking into our breathwork and deep listening / sound healing practices. The evening will leave you feeling refreshed, empowered, and embodied.
