A guided flow through sauna, ice and breathwork, followed by a sober rave: a shared release designed to crack you open, reconnect you with yourself and leave you vibrating on a new frequency.

Towels Provided
Please bring your own slippers/flip-flops.
Please be aware that RITE is a swimwear-only experience
Swimwear, Towels & Bathrobes is required for the entire guided flow and the rave.
We recommend bringing two sets of swimwear for your comfort.
Optional: Bring a Bathrobe
If you tend to get cold after sauna & ice, feel free to bring your own robe or warm layer for comfort.
