​After the powerful response to Vol. I, we return with SAUNA RAVE Vol. II:
deeper presence, stronger connection, higher energy.

​This night invites you out of your head and into your body:
into heat,
into cold,
into breath,
into movement,
into community.

​Expect a Free Flow Ritual through sauna, ice bath and breathwork - supported by one trainer holding the space, but experienced at your own rhythm. No fixed sequence, no pressure. Just your body leading the way.

​As the night unfolds, we move into the Sober Rave:
high-vibe music, full presence, no alcohol.

​​Together with LOOSH - a recovery brand that turns downtime from an afterthought into a premium lifestyle, built on the philosophy “recover for the reckless” - we invite you into an immersive journey that pulls you out of the ordinary and into pure alignment.

​Swimwear-only experience.
Towels provided. Please bring slippers/flip-flops and ideally a second set of swimwear.
