Not as a one-off experience - but as a ritual that supports consistency and long-term wellbeing.
Expect a Free Flow Ritual through sauna, ice bath and breathwork - guided by one trainer holding the space, while you move at your own rhythm.
No fixed sequence. No pressure.
A format designed to help you reconnect with your body and build sustainable habits - not overwhelm.
As the night unfolds, we transition into the Sober Rave:
high-energy music, full presence, no alcohol: proof that clarity is the vibe.

Swimwear-only experience.
Towels provided. Please bring slippers/flip-flops and ideally a second set of swimwear.
