WiPA Speed Mentoring (0-4 years' experience): Excelling in your Career
Are you in the first 4 years of your career? Do you have your performance review coming up or are you navigating the next move in your career? Join us at our speed mentoring event on Tuesday 27 October from 8:30am - 10am, kindly sponsored by Ellwood Atfield and hosted by Youth Futures Foundation.
Attendees will have a series of short, focused conversations in small groups with expert female leaders from across the public affairs and wider comms industry, on specific themes focused on how to advance your career, advocate for yourself and take the next step.
If you attended our mentoring events earlier this year, there will be a new bunch of mentors to meet and learn from, with refreshed discussion themes too.
Mentors are from a range of sectors, working in-house, agency side but also in recruitment.
Please arrive at 8:30am for a sharp 8:50am start. Light refreshments will be served.
This event is tailored towards women in the first 4 years of their career and you may find it valuable if you consider yourself to be in one of the following categories:
Account executive, senior account executive, associate, senior associate, account manager, public affairs officer, public affairs manager , consultant.
Intern, work experience, student, or looking to move into public affairs.
Responsibilities include day-to-day delivery or management of client work or policy workstreams, monitoring, research, managing engagement programmes, delegating and reviewing colleagues work, initial line management
