Following our sold-out London debut back in May, RIYO returns to the capital with The RIYO Private Dinner – an elevated evening bringing together Somali professionals across media, journalism, PR, communications, marketing, film, television, content and the wider creative industries.
Expect a guest list bringing together Somali professionals from organisations including BBC, TikTok, Netflix and Meta, alongside leading agencies, businesses and creative organisations across sectors.
Whether you arrive alone or with someone you know, the evening is designed to help you broaden your industry network, exchange ideas and build valuable relationships that can lead to future opportunities, collaborations and connections.
The evening will also feature a hosted conversation led by RIYO Consultancy's Founder & CEO, Hanna Yusuf, joined by senior industry voices to explore their experiences, perspectives and the evolving media and creative landscape.
By the end of the evening, we want you to know the room, and for the room to know you.

Not in Media? You’re Still Invited
You don’t need to work in media to benefit from being in the room.
Whether you’re early in your career, established in another field, considering a career move, building a business or simply curious about the media and creative industries, this is a chance to meet people you may not usually have access to, join the conversation and broaden your network.
And if you already work in the industry, it’s an opportunity to connect beyond your usual circle, exchange ideas and build relationships across different areas of media and creativity.
You don’t need a certain title, background or level of experience to belong in the room – we want different perspectives, experiences and voices at the table, including yours.
Please note that tickets will not be available at the door and must be booked in advance.
During registration, you’ll choose your set menu dishes and share a little about yourself so we can get to know who’s in the room and make the evening as thoughtfully curated as possible.
