October Customer Experience Round 1
Join us at the all-new DEVELON Proving Grounds in Tucson, Arizona, for an exclusive Customer Experience Event. This is a unique opportunity to invite your customers to get hands-on with the latest DEVELON equipment, operate machines in real-world applications, and experience the performance, innovation, and capabilities of our products firsthand.
In addition, the evening will conclude with a Top Golf event, providing a fun and memorable experience for all participants.
Attire & Safety Requirements: For safety reasons, all attendees visiting the DEVELON Proving Grounds (ROC) must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Shorts are not permitted anywhere on the ROC. This requirement applies to all dealer representatives, customers, and guests participating in the event. There will be no exceptions, and attendees who do not meet these requirements may not be allowed to participate in machine operation activities.

Transportation between the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa and the ROC
Welcome Reception Dinner on the first evening

Dealer Responsibilities:

Hotel accommodations for all dealer representatives

The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa will serve as the host hotel for the event. DEVELON-provided transportation will operate between the hotel and the ROC during the scheduled event activities.
Hotel Reservations
DEVELON will manage reservations through the event room block for all registered attendees. Customers' hotel accommodations will be covered by DEVELON. Dealer representatives will be responsible for their own hotel costs.
Important Registration Information: Dealer representatives are responsible for completing the event registration and providing information for all customers they plan to bring. Please ensure all dealer representative information is completed and that customer information is included for each customer who will be attending the event.
