On Friday, 9 October, LINEAL returns to Antwerp for the second Lightweight Qualifier of Chapter I: Origins.
Eight players under 1.90 m enter the court. The format is double elimination: lose twice and you’re out. Every possession matters, every matchup changes the bracket, and only the strongest contenders will keep their championship run alive.

This qualifier is another step on the road to the LINEAL Lightweight Championship:

THE LINEAL RULES
LINEAL is fast, physical and built specifically for 1v1 basketball:
First to 11 points or the player leading after six minutes
No “win by two”
Score and you keep possession
One 30-second timeout per player
The final minute becomes DUEL TIME
During Duel Time, rebounds are live and every point counts double
If the game is tied, we enter a two-minute overtime under Duel Time rules
This isn’t a pickup game. It’s a championship.
Expect an arena-style fight-night atmosphere, live matchups, high-pressure possessions and some of the best 1v1 players competing for their place in the next round.
