GSC X Boppn: Montclair Hunt
We’re teaming up with Boppn to bring a new kind of social event to Montclair.
Part scavenger hunt, part social mixer, part city adventure — this is for anyone looking to get out, meet people, and do something different!
You’ll complete challenges around town, meet other teams along the way, and end the afternoon hanging out at Just Jake’s.
Come with your friends, your roommate, your situationship, or show up solo and we’ll match you with a team.
No pressure. Just a fun excuse to get off your phone and actually do something.

🧩 How It Works
Before the event, download the Boppn app, sign up with your team or get matched with a team if needed.
Check in at Montclair Brewery, meet your team and mingle.
From there, you’ll head out into Montclair completing challenges, checkpoints, and other social tasks for points and prizes.
Some are funny. Some are chaotic. Some might push you a little out of your comfort zone in the best way.
The team with the most points at the end of the event receives hundreds of dollars in prizes to local Montclair spots.
There’ll be opportunities to interact with other teams throughout the event, and we’ll all meet back up at Just Jake’s after.

Drinking is completely optional, but some challenges may involve alcohol. Participate at your own comfort level.
🚗 Parking + Transportation
Parking in Montclair can be a little annoying on weekends, so we definitely recommend carpooling, Uber/Lyft, or taking the train if you can.
We’ll send out additional event details and boundaries before the event.
⏰ Arrival
Please arrive a little early to check in, grab a drink, and meet your team before we kick things off at 3pm.
