Your Personal Plateau: The Next Stage of You — A Bay Area Leadership Fireside Chat, San Mateo
There's a version of you that exists in the gap between what you've already built and what you actually want next. You know the feeling. The plateau that shows up after the win, when everything should feel like enough and somehow doesn't.
From the outside, everything looks like it's working: the title, the business, the routine you've finally got down. From the inside, something's gone quiet. You're stuck because you outgrew the version of yourself that got you here, not because you failed, and nobody handed you the next one.
That's the room we're building.
This is a fireside chat for Bay Area leaders, builders, operators, founders, and professionals ready to treat their own growth and personal development as seriously as they treat the business, instead of just another problem to optimize around. We start with the person standing on it. The business, the team, the next move, all of that comes after, because it usually sorts itself out once the person underneath it gets some clarity.
Explore what you are instead of what society tells you who you are. Take the assessment: go.humanop.com/luma

What to Expect
You'll be asked a few questions when you register, real ones, the kind you don't usually say out loud in a room full of people you just met. We use those to open the night, so nobody has to be the first to go first. From there, the floor stays open. No script, no panel, no one person holding the mic the whole night. Just a small group of people willing to say the true thing, and see where it takes the room.
Who This Is For
Anyone in the Bay Area who's outgrown where they are and knows it.
What You'll Walk Away With
A clearer read on where you actually stand right now, the kind that only shows up once you've said it out loud to people who were really listening. Real connections with people wrestling with the same stage of the climb.
A live read on how you're actually wired. The first 10 to RSVP get a small mini-group session with Wei, 15 minutes before or after the program, where he walks your group through how you naturally operate. Take the assessment beforehand to get the most out of it: https://go.humanop.com/luma

Featuring
Wei Houng
Wei Houng has spent over 30 years working with founders, executives, and everyday people trying to figure out how they're actually built. Along the way he trained as a Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP and a Master Practitioner in hypnosis, and he's put in thousands of hours of one-to-one work blending what he's learned rather than leaning on any single method. Early in his career he changed industries four times in a decade, IT to mortgages to coaching, and one client followed him through every single move because the work itself was what he came back for. That's the same approach behind his current sessions at humanop.com/session and structured 90-day engagements at humanop.com/ninety-days. Tonight, the first 10 to RSVP get a private group mini-session with him, 15 minutes, before and after the program. Think less lecture, more sherpa: someone who's made the climb enough times to know the path and carry the heavy stuff, so you have the clarity to see what's ahead.
Your Hosts
Steele Nakamoto — Co-Host
Steele is a provisional field director with Black Diamond, where he helps individuals and business owners build real financial protection: life insurance, business succession planning, and long-term strategy that holds up when life gets hard. As a member of the HumanOp community, he's gained clarity on what he naturally is and the confidence to build a business and life around that blueprint, not who he thought he was supposed to be. Trust, to him, is earned through paying attention and following through, which is exactly what you notice when you're around him: he's the one making the introduction you actually needed, or opening his own office to a room full of founders because he'd rather build the room than wait to be invited into one. His goal for anyone he works with, mentors, or meets is simple. Leave with more confidence, more hope, and a clearer sense of where you're headed next.
Liz Nguyen — Co-Host
Liz Nguyen is an Implementer at HumanOp and the host behind this village. Her work is rooted in one thing: seeing the potential in founders, even when they can't see it in themselves, and building spaces where they feel strong enough to act on it. Through The Founder's Dividend (humanop.com/dividend), Liz embeds with founder-led businesses to extract the Operational IP from the founder's head and install it in the business, so the business can run without you at the center of everything. She's here to uplift. To build the container. To make sure no founder navigates the hard parts alone.
