What is a generalist?
Generalists are people who work across disciplines, follow multiple interests, connect seemingly unrelated ideas, or simply refuse to build their lives around a single professional identity.
You might be a founder, artist, engineer, therapist, investor, designer, researcher, operator, writer... or something that doesn't have a good title yet.
You don't need a conventional career to belong here.
About your hosts
Zach is a product leader and founder who has worked across banking, technology, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. He currently runs Phoenix Health, a maternal mental health company, where he works across product, technology, operations, and whatever else needs figuring out. His own career has been less about following a predetermined path and more about following interesting problems.
Nikhil is a strategic operator and Chief of Staff who has spent more than a decade moving across entertainment, venture, healthcare, and startups. From talent management at UTA to healthcare operations and venture investing, he has built companies, operating systems, teams, and AI infrastructure, often serving as the person turning ambiguity into execution.
