About Event

Employment Rights Act 2025 - do you and your business fully understand the legal changes and how they impact your people and your business?

Nat and Jess will be covering what's already in place and what's to come to stop the ERA changes keeping you up at night. Providing both legal insights on the changes as well as practical advice on how to turn the changes into action, the session will cover:

  • The practical changes that should now be business as usual and the quick wins for those that haven't quite caught up.

  • Outline the next next wave of ERA changes employers need to prepare for now including the expanding duty to prevent workplace harassment, trade union reforms and other key changes on the horizon.

  • Explain what you should be doing now to avoid another round of last-minute policy updates, manager training and reactive firefighting.

  • Explain why six-month unfair dismissal rights are a 2026 problem disguised as a 2027 reform. Why you need to rethink how you recruit, manage and assess new starters now, how the reduction to six-month unfair dismissal rights changes the risk profile for you, and the practical steps to stay ahead before these reforms become reality.
