Strawberry Full Moon Tie-Dye & Swap

​Come dye something under the strawberry full moon. I'm hosting a chill backyard tie-dye night and clothing swap. Bring a garment (or three) you want to transform, swap pieces with friends, and dye to your heart's content.

​The strawberry moon is June's full moon, named for the short, sweet wild strawberry season that ripens right about now. So we'll honor it the obvious way: with actual strawberries. Around 8:30 we'll pause the dyeing for a little strawberry-eating ritual together, nothing heavy, just a moment to slow down and taste the season under the moon. If you've got your own full moon rituals or offerings you want to bring, please do. And if rituals aren't your thing, come dye and hang. We'll be honoring the moon in some small way regardless.

​I'll set up the dye station outside and provide the dye supplies, disposable gloves, seltzers, frozen fruit pops, and strawberries to keep us cool and sweet.

​Beyond that it's BYO: bring your own drinks, snacks, any tie-dye supplies you're attached to, white or light-colored garments to dye or swap, and any strawberry moon rituals or offerings you feel moved to share.

​Drop by anytime between 7 and 10pm. No need to stay the whole time, but if you want in on the strawberry ritual, aim to be here around 8:30. Come dye, hang out, raid the swap pile, taste a strawberry, and go whenever. Wear something you don't mind getting splattered.
