  • Topic 1: Lester Chng – Senior Trainer & Practice Lead, Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst

Lester is Senior Cybersecurity Practice Lead at the Catalyst. He is a cybersecurity and crisis management trainer with experience leading large-scale cyber resilience exercises across the financial sector and military, including CISA Cyber Storm and NATO Locked Shields.

Sumona Banerji is a futurist and cyber-psychology expert who founded MindShield, a firm dedicated to using cognitive data to foster human resilience in the AI era. Her work supports thoughtful AI adoption, resilient leadership, and civil cohesion by equipping people with the tools to thrive amidst new digital dynamics. She utilizes a multidisciplinary approach, drawing on psychology and neuroscience, to promote Cognitive Security and enhance harmonious human- machine teaming.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Cyberpsychology specializing in "The Cognitive Vulnerabilities that Lead to Manipulation Susceptibility," Sumona shares proactive approaches to digital integrity, responsible AI, and the healthy navigation of influence in our information ecosystem. Her expertise helps organizations and communities understand their cognitive dynamics, so they may recognitize, resist and respond to manipulation in complex digital environments.

  • Topic 3: Katrina Lawrence – AI Practice Lead & Senior Trainer, Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst

Katrina is AI Practice Lead at the Catalyst as well as the Machine Learning Math Lead at Cohere Labs. Katrina specializes in AI consulting, machine learning education, and mathematics curriculum development, with a focus on making AI accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
