Stressieapp Live is popping up at Evolve!
This is your chance to step into the space before doors open to the public and experience a feel-good morning hosted by Stressie, Pita, and Jon Tran!
Expect a welcoming vibe with access to muscle and joint recovery, mobility stations, brain lounges, and the biggest sauna in Texas, all at Evolve in Austin.
Pita and Jon Tran will each lead guided sauna and plunge sessions, so you can reset, recharge, and try something that feels both fun and seriously refreshing.
Sauna and plunge are optional because trust me, there is a lot to do in the space!
Come ready to move, sweat, recover, and hang out with a great mix of people for a few hours of wellness.
