​London is one of the most culinarily diverse cities in the world. Not by accident. By people. By migration, by community, by generations of cultures that arrived and fought for their place at the table.

​This dinner is five courses that tell that story honestly.

​No fusion. No gimmick. Just a table, good wine, and a meal that asks what a city actually tastes like when you pay attention to who built it.

​Snack / Poland: Crispy rye bread bites, wild mushroom mousse, herb oil

​1st / Jamaica: Jerk Chicken, escovitch hot sauce, lime

​2nd / Nigeria: Suya Skewer, pepper sauce

​3rd / England: Pan fried cod, minted pea purée, layered potato

​Dessert / India: Chai ice cream, Parle G crumb
