Every year, we are curious about what is to come. This year, our invitation is to return: to the place where we feel we belong, to the space where we can manifest, and to the moment when we can begin again.
New Year’s Eve at Nômade is a night to celebrate together. Through music, nourishment, and community, we welcome the first sunrise of the year, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Dinner Experience
From Sea to Fire
The menu brings together the full spectrum of our roots, balancing what is cooked over fire with what comes from the sea.
The experience begins with freshly shucked oysters and canapés, followed by a three-course dinner featuring bluefin tuna, fish cooked over embers, and Mexican Angus beef, accompanied by sides and vegetables to share.
To finish, a selection of small desserts brings together chocolate, mezcal, citrus, and berries, with grapes for the midnight celebration.
Dinner + Party tickets include Open Bar from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM, as well as a glass of sparkling wine for a New Year’s toast.
At sunrise, a fruit platter will be served for those who wish to keep celebrating.
New Year’s Lineup
As every year, the lineup will unfold gradually, bringing back familiar favorites while introducing new artists and unexpected sounds along the way.
This season, our musical direction honors organic compositions and groovy beats, carrying the essence of Tulum’s sound into a night shaped by movement, discovery, and collective joy.
