Monthly Virtual Support Session: Vacation State of Mind
This month, for our free virtual mental health support session, we're diving in to building the skill to "travel" to a peaceful place, even when our external environment is not exactly a vacation.
Together, we will cultivate presence, safety, and joy by using the senses to anchor into the moment—proving that a “vacation state of mind” isn’t a place you go, it’s something you can create and return to, anywhere.
What you can expect:
Guided meditation transporting participants to a relaxing “space” scene using all five senses (sights, sounds, scents, textures, tastes)
Learning the ability to create a personal "safe space"
Journal and reflection prompts to practice as a group
Connection and community
Participants will walk away from this session with a personalized version of a Vacation State of Mind—a set of simple, sensory-based rituals and tools to create their own safe space, helping them access calm, presence, and a sense of grounded joy anywhere, anytime.
