About Event

The New York City Disc Golf Association will be hosting its first FDR State Park DGC Field-Trip of 2025!

On March 15th the NYCDGA will be traveling to the beautiful FDR State Park to play two rounds of disc golf, one on each of the available layouts.

The first round will be to the Short Basket Placements (Yellows) and will be a 2025 tag round.

The second round will be to the Long Basket Placements (Whites) and will be a casual scoring round.

to add to the excitement, best score in both the mixed and female division during the first round will leave with a new disc. The NYCDGA will also be sponsoring a 100$ Ace Pot. To be eligible to receive the “Ace Pot” there is a 5$ buy in that will be added to future Field-Trip round ace pots if no aces are carded.

Some members of the NYCDGA will be taking public transportation and then taxi from the train station. Others will be driving/carpooling. If you are interested in traveling as apart of a group please reach out and we will discuss accommodations.
