What: We will be watching Wong Kar-wai's 2004 film 2046, a romantic drama with science fiction elements.
When: The movie runs for 119 minutes so we will start at 7:30pm and finish by 9:30pm. People can discuss the movie afterwards if they are interested.
About the movie: Forming a loose trilogy with Days of Being Wild and In the Mood for Love, Wong Kar Wai’s series of romantic dramas culminates with this sweeping, time-traveling epic. Again starring Tony Leung, 2046 is a film of visual grandeur and incredible ambition, a wistful look at love and loneliness.
