Phase 1 — Advance Ticket Purchases
Phase 1 applies to tickets purchased before Phase 2 begins, including tickets purchased in advance of the event.
Guests who purchased their eligible VIP tickets during Phase 1 are fully secured for the benefits associated with their original purchase. Any quantity limits announced for Phase 2 do not reduce, change, or affect benefits already secured through a Phase 1 purchase.
Gift Bags & Lanyards
Phase 1 VIP ticket holders will receive the number of gift bags and lanyards corresponding to the number of VIP tickets originally purchased, subject to the eligibility terms of the ticket.
For example, a party that purchased 3 eligible VIP tickets for 3 guests will receive 3 gift bags and 3 lanyards.
Benefits are based on the original Phase 1 ticket purchase and cannot be increased by simply combining or transferring tickets at check-in.
Guests should check in at the TORQ booth upon arrival to receive or verify their eligible items.
Phase 2 — Day-Before & Day-of-Event Purchases
Phase 2 applies to tickets purchased during the day before the event and on the day of the event.
Phase 2 tickets are subject to different promotional benefits and availability. Purchasing a Phase 2 ticket does not create eligibility for the Phase 1 gift bag or lanyard allocation.
Phase 2 ticket holders will receive only the mystery prize available at the TORQ booth, while supplies last. Gift bags and lanyards associated with Phase 1 are not included with Phase 2 purchases.
Additional Ticket Purchases
If a guest who already purchased Phase 1 tickets purchases additional tickets during Phase 2, the additional Phase 2 tickets will be treated separately.
The guest will retain all benefits secured through their original Phase 1 purchase, but the newly purchased Phase 2 tickets will receive only the benefits advertised for Phase 2.
Purchasing additional tickets during Phase 2 does not retroactively increase the number of Phase 1 gift bags or lanyards allocated to the original purchase.
Check-In Requirement
All eligible guests must check in at the TORQ booth upon arrival to receive their applicable event benefits.
Guests should have their ticket information available so the TORQ team can verify the applicable phase, ticket quantity, and eligibility.
Important Clarification
If you already purchased your eligible VIP ticket during Phase 1, your original gift bags and lanyards are secured. The Phase 2 limitations do not apply retroactively to your original Phase 1 purchase.
Phase 2 policies apply only to tickets purchased during Phase 2.
TORQ Events reserves the right to verify ticket eligibility and enforce these policies based on the original purchase date, ticket type, quantity purchased, and applicable promotional terms.
This is a free community event. Tickets are optional and are not required for entry. Ticket purchases include an exclusive VIP TORQ lanyard (based of the phase in which your tickets were purchased refer above) and limited-edition event merchandise made exclusively for this event. After event expenses have been covered, all remaining proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to a nonprofit organization.
