Bike kitchen #2: Povești de vară

"2026: The Year of the Bicycle in Timișoara", now halfway through its program, announces June's themed event, perfectly in tune with the weather and the vibe of the season:

🔧 Bike Kitchen #2: Summer Stories

📅 06.06.2026

🕑 14:00 - 17:00

📍 In the lobby of Casa Tineretului (Youth House)

What exactly is a Bike Kitchen? Unlike a classic bike shop where you drop off your bicycle and pick it up later, a Bike Kitchen provides you with the tools, space, and know-how to fix your bike yourself.

☀️ The second edition of the workshop, dedicated to getting bikes ready for the summer season, offers cyclists basic maintenance tips, essential adjustments, safety advice for longer rides, and bikepacking stories.

We are thrilled to have on our team, alongside the Pedallez members, passionate and dedicated mechanics from Supreme Bikes and 2BikerS, who will assist and guide you throughout the workshop.

Admission is free, based on registration via the link in the description/bio.

"2026: The Year of the Bicycle in Timișoara", initiated by Pedale.app and Pedallez, features a diverse calendar of community and educational events that use the bicycle as a driver for urban transformation.

An event funded by the "RO Bike Valley Fund" with the support of the Timișoara Community Foundation, powered by Decathlon România. Join the RO Bike Valley community to help promote cycling!
