We're bringing the neighbourhood together for a morning of movement, connection, and a little health check-in.
A free mobility session followed by a finger-prick glucose test, a tour of our clinic, and a goodie bag to take home.

Meet in front of Spinneys, Grove Mall
What happens
A class with Shimis teachers (the people behind the hot yoga studio in Alserkal!). Wear something you can stretch in. We cover the class and supply the mats.
A walk through our Al Barsha clinic. You'll see the consultation rooms, our own lab, the scan rooms and the gym.
A free finger-prick glucose test. It takes about a minute and shows where your blood sugar is right now.
A goodie bag to take home.
