Modern Meditation and Connection Circle
KINSPACE Opening Circle
An evening of shared silence and thoughtful conversation in the beautiful space of MEDICINA.
No dogma. No fluff. Just modern mindfulness and real human connection.
No meditation experience needed - just curiosity.
Hi, I’m Katja.
Meditation has been part of my life for more than a decade. It has fundamentally changed how I see the world and made me a much happier human. But throughout those years, I always felt like something was missing: a real, non religious community around the practice.
A space where people who meditate — or are simply curious about it — can come together not only to sit in silence, but also to connect in honest conversation and share their experiences with mindfulness. Kinspace was created to be that space.
What to expect at our Circle
This isn’t a meditation class.
Kinspace is a space where mindfulness and community meet.
Each Circle has three simple parts:
Meditation, Conversation, and Connection.
Meditation
We begin with about 20 minutes of shared silence.
If you’re new to meditation, I’ll offer gentle guidance to help you settle in. If you already have your own practice, you’re welcome to meditate in whatever style feels natural to you.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
Conversation
After the meditation, we move into small breakout circles to explore a topic together.
Each gathering explores how mindfulness relates to different parts of modern life — from work and creativity to relationships and personal growth.
You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like. Listening is just as welcome as speaking.
Connection
We close the evening with time to mingle and continue the conversation informally.
It’s a chance to meet new people, exchange ideas, and become part of a growing community of modern meditators.
Contribution (Pay What You Feel)
To keep Kinspace accessible while also covering the space costs, the opening circle runs on a Pay What You Feel basis.
How it works
• Reserve your spot for free via Luma
• At the event you can contribute what the experience felt worth to you (cash or PayPal/QR)
Your contribution helps cover the room, tea, and small snacks.
Limited Spots
To keep the circle relaxed and personal, spots are limited.
Please RSVP only if you’re sure you can attend, and cancel in time if your plans change so someone on the waitlist can join.
Find your stillness.
Build your kin.
See you in the circle!
FAQs
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Most people come on their own. The circle is designed to make it easy to meet others in a natural and relaxed way.
In what language will the circle be held?
The main session will be held in English to keep it inclusive for everyone.
During breakout conversations, you’re welcome to speak German or any other language if others in the group share it.
Is this similar to authentic relating?
Kinspace has a simple and accessible structure focused on meditation and meaningful conversation. While it’s not an authentic relating event, some people may notice similarities in the way it creates space for presence, openness, and genuine connection.
Do I need meditation experience?
Not at all. Beginners are very welcome. I’ll provide simple guidance for those who are new to meditation.
Do I have to speak during the circle?
No. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to simply listen and observe.
We do ask that what is shared in the circle stays in the circle, creating a space of trust.
What should I bring?
Just come as you are. Comfortable everyday clothes are perfect.
To respect the shared silence, we ask that phones are turned off and put away during the session.
What if I’m running late?
To preserve the atmosphere of the circle, we start on time. Please try to arrive 5–10 minutes early. Once the meditation begins, we won’t be able to admit latecomers.
