About the L.I.A. Program
Lessons in Action matches ambitious young creatives with three types of transformative opportunities in the creator sector:
Shadowing Experience — spend dedicated time alongside a Local Industry Leader in your marketplace, learning how they operate, think, and build.
Mentorship — be paired with a mentor who will guide, challenge, and support you through a structured 6-week engagement designed to accelerate your growth.
Internship — gain real, hands-on experience working with companies operating inside the creator economy.
These aren't just résumé lines. They're relationships, skills, and doors that stay open.
