Beyond box ticking: communication that earns trust and changes behaviour

​Many employee communications are technically correct, carefully approved and quickly forgotten.

​In this session, we will explore what it takes to create communication that feels relevant, earns trust and gives people a reason to pay attention.

​We will look at how stronger human insights, more courageous creative thinking and closer collaboration between HR and creative teams can help organisations tell more meaningful stories about work and influence how people think, feel and behave.

​Using Opal’s Check for Respect campaign as a real world case study, Ben Da Costa from Noble Agency and the Opal team will share how they approached a complex psychosocial safety challenge, what they learned along the way and how they created a campaign designed to go beyond awareness and support genuine cultural change.

​Attendees will leave with practical principles they can apply across employer brand, internal communication, culture and behaviour change.
