About Event

Bi-Weekly Live Parent Support Group with Karen Wolfe, LMFT

Parenting was never meant to be done alone.

Join our supportive, heart-centered community where parents come together to feel understood, gain practical tools, and reconnect with their confidence. In this live, bi-weekly group, you’ll have space to share what’s really going on—tantrums, power struggles, emotional overwhelm—and receive compassionate guidance grounded in Hand in Hand Parenting.

Each session offers: ✨ A safe, non-judgmental space to be heard ✨ Real-time coaching and support from Karen Wolfe, LMFT ✨ Practical tools you can use right away ✨ Connection with like-minded parents who truly get it

Together, we’ll help you:

Build more confidence in your parenting Deepen connection with your child Navigate challenges with more ease and clarity Feel supported instead of alone

STRUCTURE:

1-Share a brief bright spot in parenting. This should be 1 minute or less. It helps us put our attention on what is going well, as that is also important in parenting!

2-What is the hardest challenge in parenting right now? Each parent will get 10-15 minutes, depending on enrollment to discuss a parenting issue. You can use that time to work on your feelings about the issue and get deep listening, or ask specific questions, or both!

3-Parenting is complex and the Hand in Hand Tools, while each alone can be game-changing, work best when used over time and in concert. I encourage you to watch this short video series I recorded to understand this approach and get the most out of our time. Watch on YouTube
