You have been invited as a private guest of Poppy Delbridge to Unlock Your Power LIVE at the Royal Academy of Music, London, on Sunday 11 October 2026. One night only.
Part live show, part nervous system reset, part frequency lift.
This is a fully seated theatre. Your seat is held in your name and allocated by the Royal Academy of Music box office, so it is personal to you and cannot be transferred. As we wish to have a full theatre, we would only ask you to register if you are sure you can attend. If your plans change, drop us an email at support@poppydelbridge.com and we will pass your seat on.

Ticket prices are shown so you can see the value of your seat. There is nothing to pay. Your seat is a gift. The evening is in aid of Mind, the mental health charity, where Poppy is a Global Ambassador.
VIP seat, £222. Best reserved seats, reception drinks from 5:30 PM in the Patron's Room, a signed copy of Unlock Your Power, a year of the Rapid Tapping® app, the VIP bag and the backstage afterparty.
Essential seat, £111. A great seat, the whole show, the whole room.

The evening is in aid of Mind, the mental health charity, where Poppy is a Global Ambassador. Donations on the night are warmly appreciated and never expected.

HOW IT WORKS
Claim your seat here with your full name and mobile number. Poppy will confirm it.
Approximately 4 days before the show, the Royal Academy of Music box office will send you your seat allocation for your theatre ticket.
On the night, give your name at the box office window from 6:00 PM.
Unclaimed seats are released on 1 October.

THE EVENING
5:30 PM. VIP reception drinks in the Patron's Room and bar.
6:00 PM. Doors, box office and cloakroom open for everyone.
6:30 PM. The show begins promptly.
7:20 PM. Interval, the bar is open.
8:30 PM. The show closes. VIP afterparty backstage until 9 PM.
The show is filmed live in the theatre.
