Insight Loop #2: What use is hope for changemakers now? With Genevieve Nathwani
Our guest this week. Genevieve Nathwani coaches people taking on the world's toughest problems to lead with greater impact and wellbeing. As crises stack up, hard-won progress is rolled back and the resources for change shrink, her clients are asking a thorny question: what use is hope for changemakers now? Gen believes we often misunderstand hope, treating it as abstract or fluffy, or pinning it to specific outcomes rather than to our capacity to act. She wants to explore what shape it needs to take in times like these.
Who is this for? This session is for anyone working to change how things are whether that's an NGO, an activist group or anywhere in the impact space. You don't need an answer to join, just a willingness to think it through with others who are asking the same question.
What this is. An Insight Loop brings curious strangers together to get real clarity on a complex issue in 60 minutes. This is the second of a biweekly series going deeper to understand how to better harness collective intelligence in organisations and across society.
Three loops, rotating each round:
Gen provokes, you talk. AI-assisted synthesis surfaces the emerging themes.
The themes come back to you as an invitation to go deeper.
Small groups shape the output into something you can use.
You leave with a synthesis built from the room and one next step you could take this month.
Who are we?
Sorted Collaboration help organisations use the intelligence they already have. We design and facilitate structured participation for strategy, consultation and change.

This is an interactive session not a webinar.
